Medical Use

DUPIXENT is an interleukin-4 receptor alpha antagonist indicated for the following conditions:

  • -Atopic Dermatitis (AD): For treating moderate-to-severe AD in adults and children aged 6 months and older, especially when topical prescription therapies are insufficient or unsuitable. DUPIXENT can be used alone or with topical corticosteroids.
  • -Asthma: As an add-on maintenance treatment for moderate-to-severe asthma in adults and children aged 6 years and older, particularly those with an eosinophilic phenotype or those dependent on oral corticosteroids.
  • -Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyposis (CRSwNP): As an add-on maintenance treatment for adults with inadequately controlled CRSwNP.
  • -Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE): For treating EoE in adults and children aged 12 years and older who weigh at least 40 kg.
  • -Prurigo Nodularis (PN): For treating adults with PN.
